Economic Development Authority in Shenandoah Valley seeks enthusiastic, outgoing Executive Director with a minimum of fiver years experience in economic development or related field. Degree preferred. Experience in creating and implementing economic development programs and policies; working with public officials, local community, state and federal agencies; researching and executing state and federal economic development programs and funding services; and preparing plans, proposals, grant applications, and environmental reports for economic development projects. Knowledge of the urban renewal process, environmental regulations, and real estate development principles required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Relocation required.
