Marketing Analyst
Hanover County Economic Development is seeking a detail-oriented individual who can manage both technical & creative tasks to become part of a team of professionals to attract new business & retain existing industry in the County. Duties will include working closely with the Greater Richmond & VA Economic Development Partnerships to provide project support; updating all site & building data in the VA Scan system; maintaining County economic data, web site and GIS map & information systems; assisting with prospects and project management; working with existing businesses through the Business First program; and producing specialized reports & presentations. The qualified candidate must be a self starter and be able to work well with direction as well as initiate projects on their own. The candidate also must possess excellent customer service & communications skills, be a team player, enjoy sharing new ideas & have flexibility. College degree or equivalent experience & minimum of 3 yrs. experience in a real estate, data management or marketing environment is preferred. A background in Economic Development, real estate, marketing or planning will be helpful. Criminal records check required.
