Join CDFA in Detroit for our next offering of the Intro Bond Finance Course on August 13-14, 2019.
The Intro Bond Finance Course will feature a number of leaders in the development finance industry providing an in-depth look at governmental and qualified private activity bonds, with a focus on industrial development bonds (IDBs), 501(c)(3) non-profit bonds, exempt facility bonds, and other special bond programs authorized by the federal government.
This course will be offered during CDFA Summer School, a week-long series of courses presented by the CDFA Training Institute. Held in Detroit, MI from August 12-16, the CDFA Summer School will offer five different training courses in the fundamentals of development finance, bonds, tax credit finance, revolving loan funds, and tax increment finance. This is the best opportunity for in-person development finance education this year.

When you register for three courses during CDFA Summer School, you will receive a $200 discount off the total registration fee.
These courses qualify for the CDFA Training Institute's Development Finance Certified Professional (DFCP) Program. CDFA Summer School will be held at The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit which is located in the heart of Detroit's resurgent downtown district.
CDFA has arranged a significantly reduced room rate of $194.00 (plus tax) per night for a standard room (single or double occupancy). A select number of hotel rooms are available from August 11-16, 2019 at the reduced rate if reservations are made before July 21, 2019. This rate is not guaranteed if reservations are made after the cut-off date or if the hotel is sold-out. Please reserve your room early.
