Fellow Virginians,

You may have received a questionnaire invitation from the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) a couple of weeks ago.I am reaching out to you again on behalf of
Virginia Secretary of Commerce and Trade Brian Ball and Virginia Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry Bettina Ring.VEDP, VDACS, and the Port of Virginia are assisting Secretaries Ball and Ring in the development of the International Trade Plan for Virginia.

The International Trade Plan will establish ways to improve the policies, programs, and processes used to help Virginia companies trade. To inform this process,
we’re seeking your input on trade activities, regardless of if your business currently trades. We ask that you complete this brief questionnaire by Friday, May 10th.

Click here to take the survey.

The questionnaire asks 15-20 questions about 1) background information, 2) obstacles to trade, and 3) awareness of and/or participation in current trade programs.

Your responses will help Virginia better support our state’s businesses.

Thank you for your time and interest.

Sincerely,

Stephen Moret
President & CEO
Virginia Economic Development Partnership
